Graduate Project Manager

The Role
This is a project coordination and management-focused position rather than a setting-out role. You will work alongside experienced Project and Site Managers, helping to keep projects organised, site teams informed and works progressing in line with programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with the day-to-day delivery and coordination of live projects.
• Monitor project progress and assist in keeping works aligned with agreed programmes and deadlines.
• Keep site teams updated on upcoming works, programme requirements and project priorities.
• Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors and other members of the project team.
• Assist with short-term planning, labour requirements and site resources.
• Track project actions and follow up on outstanding items to maintain workflow.
• Attend site and progress meetings and assist with communicating updates to the wider team.
• Support material and delivery coordination to ensure site activities can progress as planned.
• Maintain project records, progress updates and relevant documentation.
• Work closely with site management to identify potential delays or issues and assist in resolving them.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
• Approximately 6–12 months' experience within the construction industry.
• Previous site-based experience would be highly advantageous.
• An interest in developing a career within Project Management and construction delivery.
• Good understanding of construction processes and site operations.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Confident working with different teams and communicating project requirements.
• Ability to manage priorities and work within a busy construction environment.
• Full Irish driving licence would be advantageous.
