Graduate Health & Safety Officer

ProSource are recruiting a graduate Health & Safety Officer on behalf of a leading building contractor who are continuing to grow with a strong pipeline of projects across the North West of Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate to develop their career within a supportive environment while gaining exposure to a variety of construction projects.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Assist in monitoring safety performance across site teams and subcontractors
• Support the delivery of HSE processes, procedures, and standards
• Conduct site inductions and assist with toolbox talks
• Participate in site inspections and audits, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Assist with incident reporting and maintaining safety documentation
• Promote a strong safety culture across all project teams
• Support training and awareness initiatives on site

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• Level 7/8 qualification in Health & Safety or related discipline
• Full clean driving licence
• Strong interest in developing a career in Health & Safety
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in MS Office
