Graduate Electrical Engineer

This client has been involved in the electrical trade for over 20 years, where they have been specialising predominantly in commercial and industrial projects. Due to their continued expansion, they are seeking to recruit a Junior Electrical Engineer to join their growing  team. 

The successful candidate will be joining a progressive organisation that has an outstanding reputation for delivery on multiple projects nationwide.

Responsibilities:

1. Interacting with senior engineers to design and develop electrical systems and components for a range of projects.
2. Conduct research and gather data to support engineering design and analysis.
3. Assist in the preparation of technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for electrical systems.
4. Support the testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical systems.
5. Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
6. Follow safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proficiency in using electrical engineering software and tools for design, analysis, and simulation
3. Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
