Graduate Architect

ProSource are currently seeking a Graduate Architect for a client that are a leading architectural firm based in Limerick, dedicated to delivering creative and sustainable design solutions. They are seeking a motivated and talented Graduate Architect to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience and contribute to exciting projects within a supportive and professional setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of design drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Participate in the conceptual design and development of projects.
• Conduct research and analysis for design projects, including site analysis, environmental impact, and building regulations.
• Collaborate with senior architects and other team members to develop and present design proposals.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
• Contribute to client presentations and meetings.
• Utilize architectural software and tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Strong design and conceptual thinking skills.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes is an advantage.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating design skills and academic projects.
