Graduate Accountant- Kilkenny

ProSource are seeking a Graduate Accountant who is currently based in Kilkenny. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to begin a career in accounting and finance.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assisting in preparation of financial statements and reports. 
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes. 
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers. 
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims. 
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts. 
• Use accounting software to input and manage financial data. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. 
• Good numerical and analytical skills. 
• Strong organisational and time management skills. 
• Good communication skills.

Desirable skills:

• Internship or placement experience in accounting/finance. 
• Working towards a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA and CPA)
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards.
