Global Mobility & Employment Tax - Qualified/Part Qualified

We are seeking a motivated qualified or part-qualified tax professional to join our Global Mobility & Employment Tax team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of multinational clients and provides the opportunity to work on complex cross-border employment tax and mobility matters.

The successful candidate will support employers and internationally mobile employees on compliance, advisory, and planning issues arising from global assignments, business travel, and cross-border working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities Global Mobility & Employment Tax.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on employment tax implications of international assignments, short-term business travel, and remote working arrangements.
• Assist with PAYE, payroll tax, and social security obligations for internationally mobile employees.
• Support the delivery of global mobility programmes, including tax equalisation and tax protection policies.
• Prepare and review employee tax returns for inbound and outbound assignees.
• Advise on double tax treaty relief, residence, domicile, and sourcing issues.
• Support clients with Revenue audits, enquiries, and compliance reviews.
• Assist with preparation and review of:
  
  • Employment tax returns and filings
  • Shadow payroll calculations
  • Hypothetical tax calculations
  • Year-end reporting obligations

Skills & Experiences:

• Qualified or part-qualified (CTA, ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent).
• At least 2 year experience working in a Firm dealing with Global Mobility/ Employment Taxes.
• Strong understanding of, Employment tax and payroll, Cross-border working arrangements, International assignment structures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Irish and/or UK employment tax
• Exposure to multinational clients
• Knowledge of social security coordination (EU and non-EU).
