Finishing Supervisor

ProSource are recruiting a Finishing Supervisor on behalf of a leading building contractor who are continuing to grow with a strong pipeline of Data Centre projects across Europe.

This role is based on a major Data Centre project in Belgium and offers an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering complex, high-spec projects.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Oversee all finishing works on site to ensure high-quality delivery
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme
• Carry out snagging and de-snagging of completed works
• Ensure all finishes meet project specifications and client expectations
• Monitor progress and report on finishing activities
• Work closely with site management and project teams
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
• Assist with handover processes and final project completion

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• Proven experience as a Finishing Supervisor on construction projects
• Experience working on Data Centre or high-spec fitout projects (desirable)
• Strong eye for detail and quality control
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Strong understanding of construction processes and finishes
