Finishing Foreperson - Main Contractor - North Dublin

ProSource are seeking a Finishing Foreperson in North Dublin on behalf of their client who are a renowned main contractor known for its commitment to excellence and delivering high-quality projects.  

Job Description:

As a Finishing Foreperson, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the final stages of construction projects, ensuring all finishing work is executed to the highest standards. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a polished and quality end product while maintaining safety and client satisfaction.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Oversee and coordinate all finishing aspects of the construction project, both interior and exterior.
• Ensure finishing work aligns with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage and schedule subcontractors and tradespeople involved in finishing work.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and promptly address defects or deficiencies.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and daily activities.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreperson in the construction industry.
