Finishing Foreman - Clare - Main Contractor

ProSource are seeking a Finishing Foreman in Clare on behalf of their client who is a is a renowned construction company known for its commitment to excellence and delivering high-quality projects.  

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Oversee and coordinate all finishing aspects of the construction project, both interior and exterior.
• Ensure finishing work aligns with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage and schedule subcontractors and tradespeople involved in finishing work.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and promptly address defects or deficiencies.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and daily activities.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering a flawless final product.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and a strong dedication to safety practices.

Additional Requirements:

• Relevant construction qualifications and certifications are preferred.
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the project site.
