Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) looking to join a well-established financial services firm with a strong local presence and an existing client base?
We are partnering with a highly respected financial advisory business to appoint a number of Qualified Financial Consultants to a large employer with offices across Ireland. Your role will depend on where the candidate This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious financial professional who enjoys building trusted client relationships while also identifying opportunities for business growth.
This role offers the chance to work closely with an established portfolio of clients across the region, providing tailored financial planning solutions and long-term strategic advice.
The Opportunity You will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships while delivering high-quality financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and savings solutions. The successful candidate will enjoy a blend of relationship management, advisory work, and business development.
Key Responsibilities - Provide tailored financial planning advice across investments, pensions, savings, and protection products.
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients while identifying opportunities to grow relationships.
- Build new client relationships and generate new business opportunities within the region.
- Conduct detailed financial fact-finds to understand clients’ financial circumstances, goals, and appetite for risk.
- Deliver professional, compliant, and client-focused financial advice.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, market developments, and relevant legislation.
- Work collaboratively with internal support teams to enhance processes and client service delivery.
- Meet agreed business targets and compliance standards.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding activity, client meetings, and pipeline progression.
- Travel occasionally across regional offices as required.
About You - Fully QFA qualified and CPD compliant
- Previous experience in a financial advisory, brokerage, or financial planning role
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a client-first approach
- Commercially minded with an ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a sales-focused advisory environment would be advantageous
