A leading interiors and fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team in Dublin. The company specialises in high-quality commercial, office, and hospitality projects, delivering bespoke interior solutions for blue-chip clients across Ireland and the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Estimator to join a dynamic and growing business, taking responsibility for competitive, accurate, and well-structured tenders within a fast-paced project environment.
  
Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions for interior and fit-out projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation to produce accurate pricing.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations and ensure best value.
• Prepare cost comparisons and develop pricing strategies to enhance tender competitiveness.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams during pre-construction and tender phases.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and assess project risks.
• Maintain and update pricing databases and tender documentation.
• Support handover to project delivery teams following successful bids.

  
Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 5–6 years’ estimating experience within the interiors, fit-out, or main contracting sectors.
• Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and subcontractor markets.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative approach.

  
Package

• Salary: €60,000 – €65,000 DOE.
