Employment Tax & Global Mobility Services - Dublin

Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Tax & Global Mobility Services Manager to join their Dublin team.

Responsibilities:

• Working on a varied client portfolio, with excellent opportunities to develop and manage your own portfolio.
• Be part of a dedicated team focused on employment taxes and global mobility.
• Show tax technical expertise in the areas of employment taxes and global mobility.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business developments initiatives.
• Advance your people management skills which includes managing and mentoring junior team members.
• Work in collaboration with other parts of the group and learn from an extensive range of experts .

Your Experience/Skills:
  

• You are CTA qualified.
• You have a strong academic background;
• Have strong technical skills and detailed knowledge of employment taxes, global mobility and social security matters in Ireland.
• A good communicator with demonstrated ability to work as part of a successful team.
• You have experience of reviewing personal tax returns for internationally mobile employees and associated applications (e.g. A1 and Certs of Coverage applications, SARP, etc.).
• You have worked in a tax team with client facing experience.
• You are organised, a self-starter and an enthusiastic team player.
• You can work efficiently to deadlines and encourage others to do the same.
• You are driven, ambitious and passionate about continuous personal and professional development.
