Electrical Project Manger

ProSource are recruiting a Electrical Project Manger position on behalf of a leading M&E contractor who are continuing to grow with an extensive amount of ongoing projects in both Dublin and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical delivery of projects from construction through to commissioning and final handover.
• Manage subcontractors, supervisors, and site teams while ensuring the highest standards of quality, health & safety, and programme delivery.
• Coordinate closely with the design, BIM, QA/QC, commissioning, and commercial teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive project performance by delivering on programme, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, labour planning, and material procurement to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Review project specifications, provide technical input on submittals, and ensure all client requirements are achieved.
• Monitor project progress, maintain regular reporting, manage RFIs, change control, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Work closely with the commercial, procurement, and management teams to coordinate contracts, purchase orders, valuations, and change orders.

Skills required

• Proven experience managing electrical projects within the M&E contracting sector.
• Experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, industrial, or other large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management software and reporting tools.
