Electrical Project Engineer

ProSource are recruiting an Electrical Engineer position on behalf of a leading M&E Contractor who are continuing to grow with an extensive amount of ongoing projects in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support to the project team
• Manage the Electrical document control
• Implementation of the MV & LV infrastructure design with the specialist vendors to ensure no compliance issues exist prior to construction commencement
• Develop a designer’s systems functional description documentation from design intent to final implementation document
• Create and develop handover packs and test packs for Electrical and Instrumentation systems from the agreed systems list and create the system Boundary’s
• Manage the systems turnover packs with the clients’ commission teams
• Attend quality meetings and participate in QA/QC walk downs when required
• Evaluate the RFI responses to ensure that there are no engineering issues with them.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
• 1-3+years' experience within an MEP or M&E Contractor environment.
