Electrical Estimator

ProSource Group are recruiting an Electrical Estimator on behalf of a well-respected and nationally recognised Mechanical & Electrical Contractor based out of Dublin.

€60,000 - €65,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately estimate the cost of electrical projects, including material and labour costs.
• Analyse project specifications and drawings to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to develop cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare detailed and competitive bids in a timely manner.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors for cost-effective procurement.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and cost fluctuations.
• Participate in bid presentations and negotiations when required.

Requirements:

• 4 years or more of experience in electrical estimating within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and materials.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
