Key Responsibilities - Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of health & safety procedures across projects
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety reviews
- Support project teams in maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation and company standards
- Promote a strong safety culture and drive best practice across all site activities
- Assist with incident investigations, reporting, and corrective action plans
- Review RAMS, safety documentation, and site-specific risk controls
- Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and client representatives on all safety-related matters
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and ongoing support to site teams
Requirements - Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Health & Safety role within construction or civil engineering.
- Strong understanding of Irish health & safety legislation and site compliance requirements.
- Must have either a relevant degree or qualification (e.g. NEBOSH).
- Proven ability to work independently and carry out site audits and inspections.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Full Irish driving licence and willingness to travel across Meath/Dublin and Southern parts of Louth.
