Requirements - Previous experience in an EHS Administrator, Site Administrator, or document control role within the construction or civil engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of health & safety documentation and site compliance processes.
- Experience managing and maintaining EHS records, site documentation, and compliance trackers.
- Ability to support site teams with RAMS, inductions, training records, audits, and safety documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident working in a fast-paced site environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with site management, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with systems such as Procore, Hammertech, or similar platforms would be advantageous.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience working on civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, or construction projects preferred.
- Exposure to regulated environments such as pharma, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities - Maintain and manage all EHS documentation and site compliance records.
- Support the implementation and administration of company health & safety procedures.
- Track inductions, training records, certifications, and site compliance documentation.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining RAMS, incident reports, audits, and inspection records.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately filed, updated, and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to ensure required documentation is submitted on time.
- Support the wider EHS team with reporting and compliance tracking.
- Promote high standards of health & safety administration across the project.
