Design Manager

ProSource are recruiting a Design Manager on behalf of a leading building contractor. My client specialises in the Design, Manufacture and installation of innovating building structures.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Responsible for managing design teams and departments
• Overseeing the design process using technical expertise
• Ensuring the design process recognises current legislation, standards and codes of practice, where appropriate.
• Reviewing designs with health and safety in mind
• Avoiding errors and reducing financial risk
• Working with clients to ensure that their expectations are met
• Keep pace with project timescales

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• Degree/Diploma in a related discipline
• 3-5 years related work experience
• Strong communication skills
