CSA Project Manager - Dublin

ProSource are recruiting on behalf of a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy for a CSA Project Manager to join their growing team.
  
The company delivers high-value projects across the Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Commercial and Healthcare sectors, providing Architecture, Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical and Project Management services to a portfolio of blue-chip clients. Role
As a CSA Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of multidisciplinary projects from concept through to completion, coordinating Architecture, Civil & Structural and M&E teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on-budget. You will:

• Lead multidisciplinary CSA projects from inception through to completion.
• Coordinate Architecture, Civil & Structural and M&E design teams across all project stages.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and commercial performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Lead design coordination meetings, client meetings and project reporting.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, tender documentation and contractor coordination.
• Mentor junior engineers and project staff while promoting best practice across the team.
• Carry out site visits and represent the company professionally.

Requirements  

• Degree in Architecture or Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Professional Project Management qualification (PMI, IPM or equivalent).
• 7+ years' post-qualification experience managing multidisciplinary design projects.
• Strong knowledge of Irish planning, statutory approvals and construction processes.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Excellent project planning, commercial awareness and client management skills.
• Experience within Pharmaceutical, Industrial or other regulated environments is highly desirable.
