CSA Project Manager - Dublin

*Salary: €80,000 - €90,000+*

ProSource Group are recruiting on behalf of our client, an established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, for a CSA Project Manager to join its Dublin team.

This is an opportunity for an engineer or architect to lead Civil, Structural and Architectural project delivery, coordinating closely with mechanical and electrical teams. Projects range from large developments to extensions, refurbishments and fit-outs within live industrial and pharmaceutical facilities.
The role offers responsibility for client relationships, design coordination, programmes and commercial performance, reporting directly to the Directors.

Role

• Manage projects from inception through design, tender, construction and completion.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across architecture, civil, structural and building services disciplines.
• Manage client relationships, chair review meetings and coordinate project stakeholders.
• Control programmes, resources, fees and budgets, including forecasting, variations and commercial risks.
• Oversee tender documentation, administer building contracts and coordinate responses to contractor RFIs and technical submittals.
• Maintain design deliverables, reporting and BIM information flow, while supporting junior staff and attending site as required.

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.
• Strong knowledge of Irish statutory requirements and procedures.
• Excellent planning, communication and client management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Industrial or pharmaceutical experience, chartership/RIAI registration and a recognised project management qualification would be advantageous.
