Credit Manager - Dublin

This role will oversee a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring credit risk is managed within appetite while supporting profitable growth. You will work closely with Commercial, Finance, and Collections teams and engage with senior stakeholders, including Fortune 500 clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor a commercial credit portfolio
• Conduct detailed credit analysis and underwriting for new and existing clients
• Assess financial statements and identify key risk factors
• Approve deals within delegated authority or prepare recommendations for senior approval
• Lead annual reviews and ongoing portfolio monitoring
• Partner with Commercial teams to structure profitable, risk-aligned deals
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and KYC requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous)
• 10+ years’ commercial underwriting/lending experience
• Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills
• Experience managing complex or large corporate accounts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
