About the Firm:
My client is a well-established boutique corporate finance firm based in the Midlands. They provide specialist services in business planning, restructuring, succession planning, and transaction support. Their expertise spans family business succession, independent valuations, transaction structuring, and business recovery, as well as assisting with liquidations for both solvent and insolvent companies.

Due to continued growth and demand for their services, the firm is now seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to join their dynamic team.


The Role:
As a Corporate Finance Executive, you will work closely with senior leaders on a wide range of assignments across corporate finance and business recovery. This is a varied and challenging role where no two days are the same. You’ll gain exposure to high-quality projects and play a key role in supporting clients through critical financial decisions.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Analysing client accounts and financial data.
• Building and maintaining financial models in Excel.
• Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Engaging with clients via email, online calls, and formal correspondence.
• Assisting with transaction support and business recovery projects.
• Managing workloads and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

About You - The ideal candidate will bring:

• Qualified or part Qualified Accountant - practice experience desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
• A proactive approach and eagerness to learn within a supportive team environment.
