Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee delivery of multiple residential projects simultaneously.
• Lead Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractor teams.
• Manage programme, quality, safety and commercial performance.
• Ensure key milestones are achieved across all live sites.
• Coordinate with design teams, QS, clients, and stakeholders.
• Report progress to senior leadership and drive project performance.
• Resolve technical, resource and sequencing issues on fast-moving sites.
• Oversee civils, groundworks, structural and finishing phases.

Requirements: 
• Strong experience in civils, groundworks or residential delivery.
• 2 years experience as a Contracts Manager OR 4+ years a Senior Project Manager in a civils/residential environment.
• Ability to manage several projects and teams at once.
• Proven track record delivering projects up to €15m preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and programme management ability.
