A leading Tier One M&E contractor is seeking a Commercial Manager to join its commercial team based in Dublin. With a strong reputation for delivering complex mechanical and electrical projects across Ireland and internationally, the business continues to secure a significant pipeline of high-value projects across multiple sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to make the move into a Commercial Manager position within a market-leading M&E contractor. The successful candidate will take a senior role within the commercial function, working across major projects while benefiting from the scale, resources, and progression opportunities of a Tier One organisation.

Responsibilities
• Lead the commercial management of major M&E projects from pre-construction through to final account.
• Oversee project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and commercial performance.
• Manage procurement strategies and oversee subcontractor and supplier packages.
• Review and negotiate contractual matters, variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and senior management to drive project performance.
• Provide commercial leadership and support to the wider QS team.
• Ensure strong commercial governance and compliance across projects.

Requirements
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level.
• Previous M&E experience is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial management experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent understanding of contracts, procurement, cost control, and commercial reporting.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ambitious individual looking to progress within a Tier One M&E contractor.

Package
• Salary: €120,000 – €130,000 DOE.
• Full-time, permanent position based in Dublin.
