As they continue to expand their operations, my client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the commercial success of this company’s projects and ensuring the continued growth of their business.
  
About the Role
As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all commercial aspects of the projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the overall success of the business by ensuring that commercial strategies align with organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in a senior commercial role within the construction or architectural industry.
  
Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and conditions. Monitor contract performance and manage any variations that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making processes. Develop and implement cost control measures to optimize project profitability.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with commercial aspects of projects. Implement strategies to minimize risk and maximize opportunities for the company.
• Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Act as a key point of contact for all commercial queries and concerns.
• Budget Oversight: Collaborate with project teams to develop and manage project budgets. Track financial performance against budget and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Stay informed about industry trends and changes that may impact commercial activities.

Package:

• €80,000 - €95,000 + package DOE.
