Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily site operations and coordinate crews and subcontractors
  • Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, quality, and safety standards
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate site records
  • Liaise with site management and project teams
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
  • Background in civil engineering projects, with exposure to water/utility works
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Relevant tickets/certifications
