Civils Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate civils works across 5–10 live sites.
• Manage site crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and client specifications.
• Monitor progress and report to Project Management.
• Coordinate with planners, engineers, and commercial teams.
• Carry out site inspections and quality checks.
• Support resolution of technical and site issues.

Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a civils supervisory role.
• Background in telecoms and/or power infrastructure.
• Experience on substation projects highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Full driving licence.
