Civils Foreman

The Role
As Civils Foreman, you will take responsibility for coordinating day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You will work closely with site management while leading crews and subcontractors on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and ensure work is progressing in line with programme
• Supervise site crews, subcontractors, and plant activities
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor productivity and report on progress to site management
• Maintain accurate records including labour, materials, and site activities
• Promote and enforce strong health & safety practices on-site
• Coordinate with engineers and management to resolve site issues quickly and effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Civils Foreman within civil engineering projects
• Strong background in utilities, water, or heavy civils works
• Ability to lead teams and maintain productivity on busy sites
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site coordination
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Relevant tickets/certifications (SafePass, CSCS, etc.)
• Full driving licence
