Civil / Structural Technician - Limerick

ProSource Group are recruiting on behalf of our client, an established engineering consultancy, for a Civil / Structural Technician to join its Limerick office.

You’ll prepare drawings and design information for projects in Ireland and overseas. The vacancy is primarily focused on structural engineering, with the chance to work on a range of building projects alongside experienced engineers. 

Role

• Prepare civil and structural drawings and details using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Detail projects involving concrete, steel, timber and masonry.
• Assist with planning, tender and construction drawing packages.
• Coordinate drawing information with engineers and other members of the project team.
• Attend site inspections when required.
• Produce accurate work in line with the consultancy’s ISO 9001 procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a design office.
• Good working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Draughting experience on building projects involving a range of structural materials.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong eye for drawing quality.
