Civil Engineer - Midlands

ProSource are recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast growing civil and structural design consultancy with a presence throughout the Midlands, for Civil Engineers of all levels to join their team.

The successful candidates will be working on a diverse portfolio of civil works projects, including:

• Multi-unit residential & commercial developments
• Pharma facilities & public sector infrastructure
• Active travel projects (roads, cycleways, drainage, water, and flooding schemes)

The Role

• Contribute to the design and delivery of civil engineering projects, including roads, drainage, utilities, and site developments.
• Prepare drawings, reports, and calculations in line with Irish standards and project requirements.
• Support senior engineers with feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical reviews.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and cost estimation for ongoing projects.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with clients, architects, and local authorities.
• Help maintain accurate project records, design updates, and risk documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
• Previous experience with any Irish engineering design consultancy
• Experience dealing with Uisce Eireann projects highly desirable
• Software proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil3D and Microdrainage an added bonus.
