BIM Technician

ProSource are seeking a BIM/CAD Technician for a position in Mayo.

*€40,000 - €45,000*

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, encompassing residential, energy and commercial sectors for public and private clients, ensuring a broad and rewarding professional experience.

Requirements 

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• A solid understanding of Building Control Legislation, Building Regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD with the ability to produce precise technical drawings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
• Competence in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland and availability to take up a full-time position in the coming weeks.

Responsibilities 

• Producing accurate and detailed technical drawings and designs using AutoCAD/Revit.
• Ensuring all work complies with building regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
• Updating and revising drawings based on project feedback and changes.
• Coordinating design information between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Managing and organizing documentation of drawings and related project files.
• Assisting project teams with construction and post-construction data compilation.
