BIM Technician - South Dublin

Salary: €45,000 - €55,000

ProSource have an exciting opportunity for an experienced BIM Technician to join a dynamic and collaborative team based in South Dublin. This hybrid full-time position is ideal for someone with a strong background in civil engineering and BIM/CAD software skills, looking to take the next step in their career.

Role

• Produce high-quality civil and infrastructure drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
• Prepare detailed design outputs, including cut and fill plans, sections, vehicle tracking layouts, drainage schemes, and coordination of underground services
• Develop and manage 3D models to support planning, design stages, and planning applications
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure accurate integration of design models
• Assist with general construction-related tasks where required
• Engage in ongoing professional development, with opportunities for career progression

Requirements

• Minimum Level 7 in Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• 4+ years experience in an engineering design consultancy
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including roads, drainage, earthworks, and buried services
• Solid knowledge of general construction practices
• Proficiency in CAD software; experience with Civil 3D and Revit is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
