BIM / Revit Technician - Cork

Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 DOE

ProSource are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Cork-based civil / structural engineering design consultancy, for an experienced BIM / Revit Technician role.

The successful candidate will work alongside a strong and highly-skilled team on a number of civil engineering and building projects for both public and private sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and well-presented 2D and 3D drawings for civil and structural engineering projects.
• Produce detailed rebar drawings and schedules for reinforced concrete structures.
• Develop detailed drawings for concrete, steel, masonry, and drainage layouts.
• Work closely with engineers and project teams on a daily basis to ensure design accuracy and project coordination.
• Attend meetings and liaise directly with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors as needed.
• Follow and apply the company’s ISO quality procedures to all drawings and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of design consultancy experience
• Design Experience on building projects (residential, mixed-use developments, industrial and commercial) in the public & private sector.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and CAD software, with a solid understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
• Keen attention to detail and a deep understanding of civil/structural engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and practices for model coordination and data management.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
