BIM Modeller

The Prosource Group are currently recruiting a BIM Modeller on behalf of a Mechanical Contractor .

€50,000 - €60,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and coordination of BIM processes across various construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and manage BIM execution plans.
• Ensure the accurate and timely production of 3D models, drawings, and other BIM deliverables.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to enhance project efficiency.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to streamline information flow and optimize project outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator in the construction industry.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant degree or certification in a related field.
