BIM Lead

A leading architecture studio with a strong design reputation is seeking a BIM Lead to join their growing team in Galway or Limerick. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled BIM professional to take the lead on digital delivery and strategy across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Role Overview:
As BIM Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of BIM standards and workflows across the practice. You’ll play a central role in project delivery, coordination, and training, while working closely with architectural and technical teams to ensure design excellence through digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM implementation and coordination on projects across various sectors.
• Maintain and evolve office-wide BIM standards, templates, and content libraries.
• Conduct model audits, clash detections, and quality checks using Revit and associated tools.
• Provide training and technical support to internal staff.
• Liaise with external consultants to ensure BIM collaboration and compliance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager role within an architectural environment.
• Expert knowledge of Revit, with experience using tools like Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, etc.
• Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and BIM Level 2 standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage digital workflows across multiple concurrent projects.
