Overview

A progressive and design-led engineering consultancy is seeking an MEP BIM Coordinator to join its Dublin team.
The company operates across Ireland, the UK and international markets, delivering high-quality, sustainable building services projects across sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, education and industrial.

The Role

You will play a key role in the delivery of coordinated BIM models across projects, ensuring high-quality, clash-free design outputs in line with project standards and deadlines.
This position is primarily office/hybrid based, with occasional attendance at client meetings as required.

Key Duties
  • Develop and manage Revit MEP models for building services projects
  • Produce coordinated, clash-free 3D models using Revit and Navisworks
  • Support design delivery to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Attend BIM coordination meetings and represent the BIM function
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
  • Ensure BIM and CAD standards are consistently applied across projects
  • Identify modelling risks and support proactive resolution
  • Assist in planning and prioritising BIM deliverables across projects
Experience & Requirements
  • Degree in BIM, Engineering or related discipline
  • 4+ years’ experience in an MEP consultancy environment
  • Minimum 4 years’ Revit MEP experience
  • Strong experience in 3D modelling and BIM workflows
  • Experience working across sectors such as residential, commercial, healthcare, education or industrial
  • Strong understanding of BIM coordination and project delivery processes
Skills & Attributes
  • Good understanding of building services design and coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
  • Proactive and collaborative team player
  • Confident communicator with the ability to contribute in meetings
  • Ability to identify risks and support project delivery solutions
  • Awareness of Lean principles desirable
