Audit Trainee - Kildare

ProSource are now recruiting for an Audit Trainee on behalf of a accountancy practice based in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of Irish practice experience looking to begin a career in audit while studying towards an ACA or ACCA qualification. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Assist with audit assignments from planning through to completion. 
• Perform audit testing and prepare working papers. 
• Support the preparation of financial statements. 
• Assist with year end accounts and reconciliations. 
• Liaise with clients to obtain audit information. 
• Ensure work is completed accurately and within deadlines. 

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. 
• Working towards or planning to commence ACA or ACCA. 
• Previous internship or up to 1 year of Irish practice experience. 
• Strong analytical and communication skills. 
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
