Audit Senior / Manager - Kilkenny

Our client is a well respected Accountancy Practice based in Kilkenny. 

They are looking for an experienced Auditor to join the team. 
You will be working closely with the Partners and Managers, you'll lead audit assignments from planning through to completion while gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio of SME, charity, construction, technology, retail, hospitality and professional services clients. The role also includes preparing statutory financial statements, mentoring junior staff and building strong client relationships.

The Role

• Lead statutory audits from planning to completion.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements.
• Manage client relationships and provide practical business advice.
• Supervise and develop trainee and junior accountants.
• Work closely with Partners on a varied and interesting client portfolio.

About You

• ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 1 years PQE working in an Irish Accountancy Practice.
• Strong audit and accounts experience.
• Sound knowledge of FRS 102 and the Companies Act 2014.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
