Audit Senior - Kilkenny

ProSource are now seeking to recruit an Audit Senior for an established accountancy practice based in Kilkenny. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practice professional to join a supportive team. 

Key Requirements: 

• 2+ years experience working within an Irish accountancy practice.
• ACA/ACCA qualified or part qualified.
• Strong experience in audit and accounts preparation.
• Good knowledge of FRS 102 and Irish accounting standards.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Managing audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Preparing and reviewing accounts and financial statements.
• Completing audit testing, working papers and reconciliations.
• Assisting with accounts preparation for a varied portfolio of clients.
• Liaising directly with clients and handling queries.
• Supervising and supporting junior team members.
• Ensuring assignments are completed accurately and within deadlines.
