Audit Semi Senior / Newly Qualified

My client is a large Accountancy Group with operations in Dublin & Cork and a Larger presence outside of Ireland. 

In their Dublin Office they are seeking a Audit Semi Senior & Newly Qualified Auditor. 

About your new role:

• Focus on applying your expertise to confidently complete all aspects of an audit or assignment with minimal review, delivering work on time, within budget, and in line with the Firm’s processes.
• Possess a solid understanding Audit methodology and use this knowledge to constructively challenge your manager where appropriate, while also promoting this approach within your team.
• Established strong relationships with both your team and clients and will be recognised as a key point of contact.
• Take ownership of your own work as well as oversee the team’s assignments, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
• Leverage your broader professional relationships to identify opportunities for additional services or value-adds for clients and proactively discuss these with your manager or Partner.
• Take responsibility for mentoring and training trainees within your department, helping them understand their roles and develop the skills needed for success.
• Act as a role model by delegating effectively, reviewing their work, and providing supportive, constructive feedback.

Qualifications/ Experience:

• ACCA/ACA Qualified, or Part Qualified. 
• At least 2 years Audit experience in a medium to large Audit Firm in Ireland. 
• Excellent Communication Skills - with English as a first language.
• Confident in your ability.
