The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Audit Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in practice. You will take ownership of a varied portfolio of clients and play a key role in driving audit engagements to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors
• Lead audit engagements from planning through to final completion
• Review audit files and financial statements for accuracy and compliance
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams
• Mentor and support junior staff, fostering their development and contributing to team growth

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with at least 3 years’ PQE in practice
• Strong audit and assurance experience
• Proven track record in managing client relationships effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
