Audit Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established practice based in Kerry, which is seeking experienced professionals to join its expanding team.

We’re seeking an experienced Audit Manager with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience in practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries, including Charities, Hospitality, Construction, and Central Bank.
• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, with more detailed involvement from the manager in planning and completion phases.
• Review audit work performed by a junior team, particularly the audit testing elements of the files.
• Liaise directly with clients, partners, and team members.
• Support the development of junior staff and contribute to team growth.
• Conduct the majority of audits online, with very little work performed on client premises.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with minimum 3 years' PQE.
• Strong audit and assurance background.
• Proven experience managing client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
