The Role As Audit & Accounts Manager, you’ll take ownership of a varied client portfolio and lead audit engagements from planning through to completion. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, while also playing a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members.

This position suits someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and being part of a close-knit, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of audit and accounts clients across multiple sectors
• Lead audit engagements from planning to final sign-off
• Review audit files and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to their development and progression

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA)
• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience within practice
• Strong audit and assurance background
• Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
