Associate/
Director to lead their Audit & Accounts team. This is a senior leadership role offering direct involvement in strategy, client management, and team development, with a clear pathway to Directorship.

Key Responsibilities - Leadership & People Development: Mentor and manage the Audit & Accounts team, conduct performance reviews, and support professional growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting client relationships, identify needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Audit & Compliance Oversight: Oversee audits, financial statements, and tax compliance, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
- Business Growth & Strategy: Support business development, monitor work in progress, and drive strong commercial outcomes.
- Innovation: Champion digital tools and processes to enhance efficiency and client experience.
The Ideal Candidate: - Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualified experience
- Experienced in managing complex audits and leading teams
- Strong technical knowledge of Irish/UK accounting and auditing standards
- Commercially astute with a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy, organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Natural leader with a passion for developing others
