Associate Structural Engineer - Dublin

Salary: €80,000 - €90,000

ProSource are looking for an experienced Associate Structural Engineer for a role with one of Ireland's leading engineering design consultancies. This is an opportunity for somebody with 10+ years of Irish or UK experience to make the transition to senior leadership, with a clear pathway to Associate Director included in the position.

Role

• Lead the structural engineering delivery of complex building and infrastructure projects.
• Take projects from concept and preliminary design through to detailed design and construction.
• Provide technical leadership across steel, reinforced concrete, timber and masonry structures.
• Manage project programmes, resources, budgets and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate directly with clients, architects, contractors and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continued growth of the structures team.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a strong structural focus.
• Chartered Engineer status with Engineers Ireland or an equivalent professional institution.
• 10+ years’ structural design experience within a consulting engineering environment.
• Proven experience leading projects, managing technical teams and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness, including fee management, budgeting and programme delivery.
• Proficiency in structural design software such as Autodesk Robot, Tekla Structural Designer, CADS A3D and Tedds.
