Associate Structural Engineer - Dublin

Salary: €65,000 - €80,000

ProSource are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Irish and UK based consultancy, for an Associate Structural Engineer in their Dublin office. The company are rapidly growing in the logistics and warehousing space, working with global clients such as Amazon, Ocado and more.

Role

• Lead the design and delivery of logistics, warehousing and distribution centre projects in Ireland, UK and beyond.
• Oversee structural analysis and modelling, ensuring high-quality technical output.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple assignments.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians, fostering team development.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Carry out occasional site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
• Assist with recruitment and hiring processes.

Requirements

• Honours Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering 
• Chartered with Engineers Ireland, IStructE, or equivalent.
• 8+ years post-graduate experience in structural design
• Proven track record on medium to large-scale building & infrastructure projects
• Strong proficiency with structural modelling/analysis software 
• Skilled in AutoCAD / Revit / BIM / MS Office
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Strong commercial acumen and willingness to help develop the commercial side of the company
