Assistant Quantity Surveyor in North Dublin to join their commercial team in Dublin. With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and collaboration, this is an excellent opportunity for an early-career QS to gain structured experience across land appraisal, budgeting, and cost planning.
Responsibilities - Assist in preparing high-level appraisals for land acquisitions and ongoing development opportunities.
- Support the preparation of project budgets and bills of quantities for planning and pre-construction stages.
- Contribute to tendering processes for public housing and local authority projects.
- Monitor live project costs and update internal cost databases.
- Help manage and maintain standard house-type budgets, reviewing rates and cost performance.
- Undertake measurements and checks to validate cost data across current and future developments.
Requirements - Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
- 1–2 years' experience in a QS or cost planning role, ideally within residential or mixed-use developments.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and measurement tools.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a busy commercial team.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
