Job Description:

They are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural technology, excellent technical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects. You will work on a variety of large-scale projects, including residential complexes, large scale commercial buildings, and data centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to develop detailed design and construction drawings.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of planning applications and building regulations submissions.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Utilise advanced software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM to produce high-quality design and construction documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical support and advice.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and standards.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in large-scale residential, commercial, and data centre projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other relevant software.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and materials.
  • Excellent technical drawing and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Eligible to work in Ireland.
