Architectural Technologist (Minimum 3 Years’ Irish Experience) Dublin | Permanent | Competitive salary and benefits
We are seeking an Architectural Technologist with at least three years’ professional experience in Ireland to contribute to the production and coordination of high-quality technical design and construction information across a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare, develop, and coordinate detailed technical drawings and documentation
- Support projects from Planning/DAC stages through construction and final handover
- Ensure designs comply with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, and relevant technical standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and external consultants
- Assist with technical queries, drawing revisions, and document management
- Contribute to design reviews, buildability assessments, and quality control processes
Requirements - Minimum of three years’ relevant experience working in Ireland (essential)
- Degree or qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Irish building regulations, BCAR, and construction detailing
- Proficient in Revit (preferred) and/or AutoCAD
- Effective communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
