Architectural Technologist

A Kildare-based architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join its team, working primarily on residential projects.

Role Overview

• Preparation of detailed construction drawings and technical documentation
• Delivery of projects from planning through to construction stages
• Coordination with architects, engineers, and other consultants
• Ensuring compliance with Irish Building Regulations and BCAR requirements

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with residential projects
• Strong technical detailing skills and knowledge of Irish building standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
