Accounts Associate - Offaly

ProSource are now recruiting for a accountancy practice based in Offaly, is looking to add an Accounts Associate to their team. This is great opportunity for an experienced accounts assistant, accounting technician or trainee accountant to develop their practice experience and progress their career. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. 
• Preparation of VAT, PAYE and other tax returns. 
• Bank, debtor and creditor reconciliations. 
• Assisting with bookkeeping and general accounting duties.
• Liaising with clients and assisting with queries.
• Supporting senior team members with accounts and ad hoc assignments.

Key Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience within an accountancy practice.
• Accounting Technician qualification or working towards ACCA/ACA is desirable. 
• Good understanding of Irish accounting and taxation.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
