Accounting Technician - Kilkenny

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and detail orientated Accounting Technician to a join an established and growing organisation based in Kilkenny.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will support the day to day finance function and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and maintaining strong financial controls. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Manage accounts payable and receivable. 
• Perform bank and control account reconciliations.
• Post journal entries and assist with month-end accounts.
• Prepare VAT returns and statutory filings.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring and year-end audits.
• Maintain accurate financial records.

Seeking candidates who are: 

• Qualified or Part Qualified Accounting Technicians (ATI).
• 2+ years experience.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
