My client, a leading Irish provider of accountancy and advisory services, is seeking to recruit an Accounting Manager to join their Medical and Professional group in Galway. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients.
• Lead and support a team of part-qualified and qualified accountants.
• Prepare and review accounts, income tax, and corporation tax returns.
• Ensure assignments are delivered within deadlines and budgets.
• Plan and manage workflow effectively.
• Mentor and review the work of junior staff.
• Attend and lead client meetings.
• Provide efficient, proactive, and high-quality service to clients.
• Work closely with senior management and the wider team.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Qualified Accountant – ACA or ACCA.
• 5+ years’ post-qualified experience in practice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proven project management skills.
• Ability to delegate, manage, and review work across the team.
