Accountant

My client is an accountancy practice based in Dublin 3.  They are seeking a part qualified accountant to join the team.

This client believes in investing in their employees and will provide you will a supportive and collaborative office environment.  They will also offer study leave (addition support can be provided if needed) and cover exam fees and subscriptions.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• You will be responsible for assisting the finance function whilst working with qualified accountants.
• Developing your skills in the preparation of Accounts and Tax matters.
• This company offers a friendly and cohesive working environment.
• You will be responsible for assisting the finance function.
• Excellent training and professional development within the company and you will be encouraged to take on more responsibility as you develop.
• Audit work as required.

  
Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years working in a busy accounting environment within the Irish market.
• Must be pursuing a professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA).
• Ability to be flexible and work effectively both within a team and independently.
• Proficiency in Excel/Xero/SAGE/CaseWare would be an advantage
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
